Hospitality-grade stone for four-season patios.
- Heat-smart materials: Dense granite, quartzite, or soapstone near flame zones (we avoid calcite-rich stones at direct heat).
- Build details: 3–5 cm caps, mitered returns, radius edges, thermal break between burner pan and stone, stainless burner tray, drainage and side ventilation.
- Fuel & controls: NG/LP rings or trays; key valves or electronic ignition; wind guards; integrated access panels.
- Finish & safety: Leathered/honed for grip and low glare; relief cuts to reduce thermal stress; outdoor-rated adhesives and grouts.
- Care: Seasonal cover; neutral cleaners; no de-icing salts; periodic reseal schedule provided.

- Digital templating for exact fits, ADA clearances, and fixture/appliance coordination.
- Seam & vein planning you approve before cutting.
- Hidden structure where spans require it; compliant, level installs that stay true.
- Finish guidance per use (polished / honed / leathered).
- Documentation: Submittals, shop drawings, care guides; COI provided as needed.
- Budget & value engineering: We start with your target budget, provide line-item pricing, and flag cost drivers (material selection, slab yield, thickness, edge profile, cutouts/AV, supports, after-hours installs, logistics). We’ll propose VE alternates—e.g., quartzite/granite in wear zones, honed/leathered finishes to control upkeep, seam/layout optimizations—to hit numbers without sacrificing the look.
