- Consult & Select – Confirm goals, budget, timeline; choose granite, quartzite, marble, or quartz (in-stock or partner showrooms).
- Digital Templating (On-Site) – Laser-accurate measurements; account for out-of-square walls, clearances, overhangs, and seam options.
- Slab Layout & Approval – You sign off on vein flow, pattern alignment, and seam placement on the actual slab before cutting.
- CNC Cutting & Edging – Precision cuts for sinks/cooktops; edges shaped (eased, miter, bevel, ogee, etc.); tight tolerances checked.
- Finishing & QC – Polished/honed/leathered to spec; shop dry-fit; multi-point inspection of seams, edges, and overhangs.
- Installation & Handoff – Floors protected; tops leveled/secured; sinks set; seams aligned low-visibility; jobsite cleaned; care guide reviewed.

- Typical turnaround: 7–12 business days after templating
- To start: 55% deposit, confirmed material, edge profile, and seam plan
- Before templating: base cabinets installed/level; sinks & faucets on site (or model #s); appliance specs available; backsplash/overhang decisions made
